1. bona fide /’bəʊnə ‘faɪdi/ real, true, and not intended to deceive anyone: Only bona fide members are allowed to use the club pool.
2. get away from it all to have a relaxing holiday: You need to get away from it all for a couple of weeks.
3. hold-up [countable]
1 a situation that stops something from happening or making progress

2 informal an attempt to rob a place or person by threatening them with a weapon: a bank hold-up
4. mundane / mʌn’deɪn /
1 ordinary and not interesting or exciting: Initially, the work was pretty mundane.
2 literary concerned with ordinary daily life rather than religious matters // ᅳsynonym worldly
5. obesity / əʊ’biːsiti $ oʊ- / [uncountable] when someone is very fat in a way that is unhealthy

1 formal spending a lot of time sitting down, and not moving or exercising very much

7. strain / streɪn /
